The main season for the production of sugar salted Roes is primarily during the winter fisheries, from January to April. During this period the main fish species are arriving at the coast to spawn. This allows us to make a supreme quality Roe product. 

Sugar salted Roe is produced by using both sugar and salt in a fine mixture.
The product is packed in plastic barrels containing 100 kg net weight. The roe is hand packed into the barrels with the salt/sugar mixture between each layer, this is to ensure a world top class product.
We offer sugar salted roe from Cod, Haddock, Saithe and Tusk depending on season.
